spritzpuzzlewhistl.live is an independent information website for riders, coaches and people planning cycling facilities. We focus on practical decisions rather than equipment spectacle. A centre becomes useful when its staff understand the rider’s purpose and can connect relevant findings without overstating their meaning.
We do not operate a training centre, provide personal exercise prescriptions, arrange appointments or certify practitioners. Our illustrated campus is an explanatory model, not a representation of one real facility. Actual staffing, equipment, access and service scope vary.

How we use sources
Our reference wall links to governing bodies, public guidance, research resources, established facilities and manufacturers. These sources serve different purposes. A manufacturer is an appropriate source for a product’s documented functions, but not independent proof of superiority. A research database helps locate studies; the presence of a paper in that database does not make its conclusions universal.
Examples such as Loughborough University, the University of Bath and the UCI World Cycling Centre establish real-world context, not a promise about bookable services. Check current arrangements directly with the relevant organisation. We are not affiliated with the governing bodies, manufacturers or facilities mentioned, and a reference does not imply their endorsement.
What we do not infer
We do not infer clinical competence from an equipment brand, equate every threshold model or treat a one-off test as a complete description of an athlete. We avoid guaranteed improvements and universal fitting prescriptions. Where interpretation depends on a rider’s circumstances, we say so and direct the reader towards an appropriately qualified professional.
